A moments breath deep sweet ecstasy
A dreamers dream lost into slumber
This the adage of time memorial
At the borders of Kakamega forest
Serenity quenched the thirst of being
To this being poised not to peity
Nor lost into the emptiness of reason
The fountain of life arose
Sunny yet a calm breeze soothed time
The unfolding of a new quest
Birthed to foil the toils of time
To bear a dreamers dream to dare
This yes i heard aloud
